It is no longer available for Windows 11 version 22H2 machines.
The Registry key should be available on most Windows 10 and Windows 11 21H2 installations. If you get 1, storage space is not sufficient. A value of 0 indicates that there is enough storage space available for the upgrade.
The String SystemDriveTooFull hints at another potential issue. You may get multiple values listed, e.g., "TPM UEFISecureBoot", to indicate multiple compatibility issues. 
Any other value hints at compatibility issues. If its value is NONE, there are no compatibility issues that prevent the upgrade to Windows 11 version 22H2. Find RedReason on the page and check it:. Future versions of Windows 11 will use different keys, e.g. Open NI22H2 to check the compatibility of Windows 11 version 22H2. 
Paste the following path into the address bar at the top: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\TargetVersionUpgradeExperienceIndicators\. Using Windows-R to launch it from the run box is also an option. You may do so by opening start, typing regedit.exe and selecting the Registry Editor result from the listing. Open the Windows Registry Editor on the PC.
